One seat = one staff member with a bookable calendar. The brand owner is always a billable seat. Front-desk or operational staff who don't take bookings aren't counted. You can add or remove seats any time — billing prorates automatically.

Free includes one seat. Basic and Pro have no seat limit — your first seat is included in the plan price, and you add as many more as you need at $9 and $16 per seat.

Yes. Upgrading is immediate — you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the features you paid for until then.

On Basic and Pro, bookings don't pause. Your included allowance scales with your team — 500 bookings per seat on Basic, 2,000 per seat on Pro — and for an unusually busy month you can add a Booking Capacity Pack (+1,000 bookings for $15, that cycle only) or turn on auto-top-up so you never even pause. You'll see a heads-up at 80%. The Free plan is a flat 150 and does pause at the cap until the next cycle.

14 days of full Pro access, no card required. At the end of the trial you'll pick Free, Basic, or Pro (monthly or annual, your call), and nothing auto-bills until you actively choose a plan and enter payment details. If you haven't picked a plan by the end of day 14, your brand stays active on the Free plan (with the 150-booking monthly cap and 2.5% platform transaction fee) — no charges, no lockout.

Yes — two-way at launch. Your KloqSimply bookings publish to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook, and the busy blocks you create in your personal calendar sync back to close those slots on KloqSimply — so a dentist appointment on your own calendar means clients can't book over it. Real-time updates on Google and Outlook; Apple Calendar syncs on a short refresh interval.

Yes — KloqSimply has a built-in review system. Clients are invited to review 2 hours after their booking, you can reply or moderate from your dashboard, and reviews show on your public booking page. A Google review redirect (a prompt to 5-star reviewers to share on Google) is on the roadmap and will be opt-in per brand.

For our launch period we're handling migrations hands-on: email migration@kloqsimply.com with whatever you can export from your current system (Square, Booksy, Vagaro, Acuity, Mindbody, etc.) and we'll import your client list, service catalog, and booking history for you. Self-serve CSV import and direct integrations are on the roadmap, but for the first wave of brands we want every migration to land cleanly.

Only on the Free tier (2.5%, on top of Stripe's standard processing fees). Basic and Pro keep 100% of what your clients pay — just Stripe's processing fee, which goes to Stripe. Our per-seat subscription is how we make money, so we don't take a cut of yours.

You subscribe to the space-operator plan ($8/month per location you rent). Each tenant stylist runs their own KloqSimply brand with their own Basic or Pro subscription and their own Stripe account. Their client payments route directly to them; you don't touch their money. Your rent arrangement with tenants is off-platform.

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings — no phone calls, no retention holds. Your plan stays active through the end of your paid period. You can export your data any time on Basic and Pro.
