Run the property, not the businesses. Each tenant keeps their own clients, their own Stripe account, and their own KloqSimply subscription. You manage tenancies, the shared reception surface, and the public directory for your location.

One seat = one staff member with a bookable calendar. The brand owner is always a billable seat. Front-desk or operational staff who don't take bookings aren't counted. You can add or remove seats any time — billing prorates automatically.
Yes. Upgrading is immediate — you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the features you paid for until then.
New bookings pause at the cap for the rest of the month. Existing bookings are unaffected, and the cap resets on your billing date. You'll see warnings starting at 80%. Basic brands can upgrade to Pro for a higher cap; Pro brands can reach out about Enterprise pricing.
14 days of full Pro access, no card required. At the end of the trial you'll pick Free, Basic, or Pro (monthly or annual, your call), and nothing auto-bills until you actively choose a plan and enter payment details. If you haven't picked a plan by the end of day 14, your brand stays active on the Free plan (with the 150-booking monthly cap and 2.5% platform transaction fee) — no charges, no lockout.
Yes — at launch we publish a one-way calendar feed (iCal subscription) that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and any other calendar app that supports subscriptions. Your KloqSimply appointments appear automatically and refresh every 15 minutes. Two-way sync (where events you create in Google Calendar block your KloqSimply availability) is on the post-launch roadmap.
Yes — KloqSimply has a built-in review system. Clients are invited to review 2 hours after their appointment, you can reply or moderate from your dashboard, and reviews show on your public booking page. A Google review redirect (a prompt to 5-star reviewers to share on Google) is on the roadmap and will be opt-in per brand.
For our launch period we're handling migrations hands-on: email migration@kloqsimply.com with whatever you can export from your current system (Square, Booksy, Vagaro, Acuity, Mindbody, etc.) and we'll import your client list, service catalog, and appointment history for you. Self-serve CSV import and direct integrations are on the roadmap, but for the first wave of brands we want every migration to land cleanly.
Only on the Free tier (2.5%, on top of Stripe's standard processing fees). Basic and Pro keep 100% of what your clients pay — just Stripe's processing fee, which goes to Stripe. Our per-seat subscription is how we make money, so we don't take a cut of yours.
You subscribe to the space-operator plan ($8/month per location you rent). Each tenant stylist runs their own KloqSimply brand with their own Basic or Pro subscription and their own Stripe account. Their client payments route directly to them; you don't touch their money. Your rent arrangement with tenants is off-platform.
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings — no phone calls, no retention holds. Your plan stays active through the end of your paid period. You can export your data any time on Basic and Pro.
