Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the KloqSimply pre-launch website at kloqsimply.com. This is a pre-launch site — we are not yet offering a product, processing client or customer data, or providing a service you can sign up for. When KloqSimply launches, a separate product Terms of Service will replace these and govern paid accounts.

Scope

These terms apply to everyone who visits kloqsimply.com or submits our waitlist form. They do not create a product subscription, customer relationship, or guarantee of any future service. Submitting the waitlist form only tells us you are interested in being notified at launch.

No product offering yet

Nothing on this site is an offer to provide software, a service, or a contract for a future product. Pricing, feature lists, screenshots, and descriptions reflect our current plans and may change before launch without notice. We may also decide not to launch, or to launch under a different name or scope. Joining the waitlist is not a reservation, does not lock in pricing, and does not entitle you to any priority access unless we explicitly say so.

Your use of the site

You agree to use this site for its intended purpose — learning about KloqSimply and joining the waitlist if you choose to. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through the waitlist form.
• Attempt to access non-public portions of the site, probe for vulnerabilities, or bypass rate limits.
• Use automated tools to scrape the site or submit bulk waitlist entries.
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The KloqSimply name, logo, copy, illustrations, and design of this site are owned by us. You may share links to our pages and quote reasonable excerpts for commentary or review. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, reproduce our branding, or present our content as your own.

Third-party services

The site depends on third-party services — including Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, analytics), Formspree (form submissions), and Bunny Fonts (web fonts). Your use of the site is also subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for the list and what each one handles.

Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Content on the site may contain errors or become out of date. We may modify or take the site down at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KloqSimply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site — including lost profits, lost data, or business decisions made in reliance on pre-launch content. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms before launch and afterward. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. When KloqSimply launches, a separate product Terms of Service will replace these and govern customer accounts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in North Carolina, except where a consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to pursue a claim locally.
